Best French Restaurants in Dubai — Ranked

15 restaurants scored on food, atmosphere, service and value. Every budget, every occasion covered.

We've been eating French food in Dubai seriously since 2020. Over hundreds of meals — weekday lunches, special occasion dinners, leisurely Friday brunches — we've tracked which restaurants consistently deliver and which ones coast on reputation. What follows is our honest, scored ranking of the 15 best French restaurants in the city right now.

Scores are out of 10 across four categories: food quality, atmosphere, service, and value. Tier designations — World-Class, Premium, and Great Value — reflect where each restaurant sits in Dubai's competitive dining landscape.

La Petite Maison (LPM)

DIFC French Mediterranean / Niçoise AED 280–500/person Lunch & Dinner

Named Time Out Dubai's Restaurant of the Decade and still the city's most coveted French table. LPM's Niçoise-inspired menu — burrata with semi-dried tomatoes (AED 95), sea bass carpaccio (AED 145), roasted baby chicken with foie gras (AED 265), truffle pizza (AED 185) — is executed with the kind of confident precision you only find at restaurants that have been doing one thing brilliantly for years. The room hums with energy: bankers, fashion editors, diplomats, food obsessives. Service is warm and genuinely knowledgeable. The wine list focuses on Southern France and Provence and is priced more fairly than you'd expect at this level.
